St. Philip Outreach in 2025: Faith in Action
In 2025, St. Philip Lutheran Church lived out its calling to love our neighbors through meaningful, hands-on outreach that addressed some of the most urgent needs in our community. Guided by our Community Needs Assessment, our efforts continued to focus on two growing challenges: food insecurity and housing insecurity.
Our primary partnerships with Families Together, Refugee Hope Partners, and North Raleigh Ministries allowed us to support holistic, long-term solutions—not just temporary fixes. Through these relationships and many additional community partnerships, St. Philip stepped up throughout the year in moments of crisis, transition, and opportunity.

As we reflect on 2025, we give thanks for the countless volunteers, partners, donors, and prayer warriors who made this work possible. Together, we are living out Christ’s call to love God and love our neighbors—without condition.
We are deeply grateful for this community and excited to continue serving, loving, and building hope in the year ahead.
