A new school year brings new beginnings, new challenges, and new opportunities to learn and grow. Join us at St. Philip on Sunday, August 23, for a special Back to School Milestone Blessing for children, youth, parents, and teachers during either worship service. Come celebrate the year ahead and receive a blessing for the journey!

In partnership with Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, we helped host Camp Agapé counselors for a week of day camp programming for children in grades 1-5. It was a wonderful week!

Our 3rrd-5th grade youth attended a BYG (Building Youth Groups) Retreat at Camp Agapé and had an amazing time together!

Our 3rd–5th graders had an amazing time at YouthQuake 2025 with over 100 kids from across NC! They learned that being part of the Synod means walking together—in faith, in friendship, and in following Jesus.

Families with kids (ages 0–grade 5), join us twice a month on Sunday afternoons/evenings for a time to gather, connect, and grow in faith together. Each session includes activities for kids and parents, space for community, and ends with a simple dinner we share as one big family.
